Have you considered putting the bigger intercooler on it and maybe the heat shield for the charge tube? what airbox r u running?

I have chosen not to go to a larger intercooler because the water meth does more than it ever could, my intake air temps drop as low as 15C. I also do have my charge pipes wrapped in exhaust wrap to keep the heat out.

What boost box are you running? I just installed the precision sports reinforced boost box on my dads fst along with the slp heat shield and vented the side panels. I still need to install the recommended clutching and i already ordered the stage 3 reflash and just purchased an 08 muffler. Not sure how much hp it will have when its done but i think this thing should be rippin this year!

I'm also running the Precision sports boost box and reflash, recommended clutching, and iridium spark plugs. Have you been on polarisfiles? They have some good dyno info with the various stages/upgrades. You're probly gonna be in the 175-180hp range I bet.

Yeah i was on there when i was first starting with this project but havent been on in awhile. I will probly check it out again when we get a few miles on this thing to see what else we can do. Lots of good info for the fst over there. I was thinking 180 hp as well. thanks
