I have tried lots of things and came to a result that works best for me. All parts were taken care of and are in good shape. No one part has more than 500 miles on it.
For secondary springs for the light weight team:

TSS 04 Helixes with revers
66/44 .46 - $60 shipped- sold
58/38 .36 + 58/40 .36 Brand new in the box = $80 shipped.- sold
