my birthday / christmas list

My Christmas list

To be at the lake for Christmas with my parents for the first time since they became grandparents....so the first time in almost 6 years.

Lucky for me I get my Christmas wish this year.

a brand new jeep a brand new sled
who doesnt want all that stuff, good god
why dont you start out like im sure most of us did and buy a vehicle to get you around for 5,000 or less and pay for it yourself
and im sure you can ride like chris burandt so you need a sled like him, whats wrong with the sled you got now.

Im surprised you didnt have a gucci purse on your list so you could fit in with beiber up top and his watches.

This kid just keeps em coming

Kind of what I was thinking. Good on ya kid if your fortunate enough to have parents who have a comfortable income. One thing I would suggest is to keep your finances and more importantly your family's financial situation between you and your family. If they have worked hard to earn it they deserve that.

We should start forwarding these gems to your dad and mom, I wonder How happy they would be to see what you act like out in the world.

Im almost positive your family is not nearly as well off as you claim to be, nor that they give you everything you claim. I have another good feeling these are ploys for attention and you love the reaction you get from them...

There is a perfect place for you out there. Its called Snowmobilefanatics.com its full of whining, know it all, give me this that and the other thing, "I WANT" driven kids just like you, Only difference is they primarily ride trails. Maybe if you go ove there you can all try to impress each other with your christmas list thats more than 3/4 of the people on this site make in a year.

Ok ok ok....

Here it goes. This is a WISH list. That mean that I would like to get them. If it's not this year then oh well. Not like everything on here will magically appear. And about the whole money thing. Sure money is made, but that doesn't mean that it all comes to me, the government, or my family. We donate money and help sponsor children. Yea my parents work hard and deserve what they do. Mom works 7 days a week for 8 - 12 hours. Dad does about the same.

I understand that I'm a spoiled rotten, stuck up, 14 year old kid that has very little appreciation of someones money. I get it. And yea, I'm working on changing that. I'm looking for a job, something basic. I'm ready to be independent. Sure it's nice but I hate being basically babysat.

So:
1) I understand your view.
2) My parents are the best. They do tons of stuff (besides spend money) to help me in school and life.
3) WISH LIST. MOST ARE NOT GOING TO HAPPEN

I have a dealership and own several vehicles, but I drive the old beaters because they are the ones that wont make me much money, and if I am driving the more expensive vehicles they are less likely to make me money. The only thing I spend money on like its a wish list is sleds. To put it into perspective the Mods on my sleds are worth more if not double the value of the pickup I use to haul it around. Works just as good as anyone elses $50k truck. So if you have a budget on a car or truck of $30k go buy a decent reliable one for about 8K add about 3k worth of accessories to make it your own.( its still spoiled but would be better than wasting 30k) take the other 19k and see how long it takes you to turn it back into $30k. In other words invest it and don't blow the profit. I can turn $19k into 50+k in less than a year, but I just keep reinvesting and expanding business, once in while I will make a more than expected profit and thats what I use to buy more sleds and mods. Get what I'm saying, if you have access to money then double it. Once you get it figured out all that wish list stuff turns from want to who cares and the goal is to keep building profit. It also burns up a lot of time so your not sitting around wishing about free chit and looking for the next opportunity to profit.
These days 95% of jobs don't challenge, you just show up and put in your hrs, find something that rewards you for hard work, i e the better or harder you work the more you get paid, no set pay BS.

If you are worried about appearance (like watches) you will loose out, let everyone else worry about dumb chit like that and after HS you will be ahead.
