As for the avatar,I like it.It represents your feeling towards the way the country is headed.
I would however respectfully disagree with your assessment of the country being in distress.
IMHO Obama is like a kid with his dads credit card.Spending with no consideration of the consequences.
When the bill finally comes the country will definitely be in distress.Not only will the flags be upside down but more than likely at half mast!

Ok fair enough...I am still an American and allowed to have a political viewpoint about the president or anything else political. I just can't do it when in uniform. I am a reservist and have plenty of time to be political.

Again, it was just a question. I know that in reality military has different rules than a civilian does. You do lose a lot of rights when in the military, and unfortunately, freedom of speech is one of them.

I wonder if there is more to the story with that photo? I do not believe that a true American soldier would do such a thing. Is it a kid posing as a soldier or is it a real soldier displaying a flag that was confiscated from another person? I'd really like to know.
Its probably just a soldier who got sick of "just following orders" and killing innocent people for oil and revenge.
Hate to break it to you, but innocent people get killed in war, how many innocent people died in Pearl Harbor? How many people died on 9/11 in NYC, Pennsylvania and in the Pentagon? The number of innocent people that are being saved is far outweighed by the number of innocent people that we have inadvertently killed.

yeah he seems to have the right idea about alot of this but i think all the dope is messing up the solutions he comes up with for the problems.

He hasn't killed anybody. He would have been wearing a CIB OR CAB badge. Anybody I known that has seen combat supports the war on terrorism. Not saying they aren't out there, but they're few and far between.
