Muff Pot on 08 M1000?

Anybody put a muff pot on a stock 08 M1000? Only place I have been able to locate to install it is on the can and the big problem with that is that it will require a 36+ inch hose clamp.(if I can locate one).

Any replies and input is greatly appreciated.

put mine above the can, kind of wedged between the shield and the can. I would also recommend two clamps.

MIGHT SOUND WEIRD BUT WE ACTUALLY RIVETED MY BUDDIES TO HIS STOCK CAN. WORKS GREAT.
