What does everyone do about spilling sauces?

Yeah I've noticed some spillage on my exhaust and the side of the cylinders. I'll try some of the oven bags but I like the smokies, etc to get browned so not sure on that. Probably shoot the cylinder with oven cleaner at the end of the year, see if that takes it off!

I use turkey oven roasting bags, wont melt.
