Mt Watson Snow 5-16-09

Sub-par at best, the surface is rotten and cankered, like riding the surface of a glacier. Around Watson was a little better but not worth it for me, seasons over, time to hike.

But it was fun to be out with my boys.

We started at Tonys grove and was able to go all the way to Franklin Basin. Plenty of snow to ride up top. It was good to meet Steve,(AKA SDiddy) who can do some skill ridding with a 600. Saw some turbos hit some crazy lines. It was a great day for sure. We parked 1/4 mile from the last right before the lake only to find another 1/4 of dry road before the snow. Halve the lake was still frozen. Spring ridding at Tony's is where is at. Sorry no pics from me. Camera took a chit. Killerk took a couple. He will try and post later in the week.
