St Helens is must! First couple are looking up the lahar, 3rd is looking down and the last is the plains of Abraham.

We were there, but no radios...There was about 25 machines around the plaines on saturday morning. Best day of the year!

snopark is very good, has a warming hut, and a lot of parking, no problem for rv's

the sno park im referring to is the marble mt sno park, you come to the town of woodland, its right off i5, then head NE on lewis river rd. follow this rd up past the town of cougar. after cougar its about 8-10 miles up the road, you will see signs that say sno parks. you will turn left on forest rd 83, follow it till it ends in the marble parking lot, about 8miles.
their are 3 lots, and all of which you can park in, the top two are split by the warming hut. if you plan on camping i would get thieir very early(6-7am) on a saturday,sunday, they fill up quickly. any other time they are not as busy.

watch out actually the lower lot is only for clickity clacks there is a sign .....but when i went last week trailers were everywhere and nobody got tickets i'm thinking the po-po were busy somewhere else because thats not how it usually happens there. Oh ya mark tahoe is still awesome!

i was talking to one of the guys up their and supposedly they opened up the lower lot to trailers as well now, according to him it doesn't matter which lot you park in now. its all opened to everyone now....

thats what i was told.....

When I was there on 2/18-20th, the sheriff came thru a couple times a day and wrote alot of tickets in the upper 2 parking lots. I'm not sure about the lower lot, maybe the rules have changed, but someone was bitching about getting a ticket with a trailer there....

the only times i have seen them write tickets in the upper two lots is if you don't have a sno park pass.
not sure why else they would have been getting tickets
