Sunday.
We rode up to peanut, couldn't see anything. Waited around and BS'd with everyone else waiting. Decided to go screw around down lower for awhile. Wound up going back down to the bathrooms (horse camp?) and boondocked up through the woods and came out right where we wanted to be. Sun popped out as we came out of the woods and we tore the crap out of untracked snow till the gas lights came on. We traversed the low side back to peanut for a pretty cool round trip. Snow is great 5000 and higher. The snow bridge will be fine for next weekend too, wish I could go again but thats gonna be all for this year! Great last ride.

Is your hood still Pink? I must admit it is a pretty shade of pink, almost the same shade as your rims on your truck!
Ill think about your ugly arse while i am at work!myself and a buddy are headed up for the weekend. worst case is we camp out and drink beer and tell stories, best case is we burn some fuel

I like the way you think.
We are planning to leave today after work and arrive late tonight.
If we're not burning lots of fuel this weekend, at least we'll be burning lots of firewood!

we'll be headed up saturday morning...should arrive by 9-10am...ive been trying to find some DRY fire wood, but all this rain in oly has really f-ed up my plan. i guess a few gallons of 93 will help the ignition process.

darkeyes and sledrider- i will call you two and let you know when I'm heading up. If it keeps raining like a cow piss'n on a flat rock I may wait until morning though..

We threw in an extra awning - you are welcome to set that up over your tent for the weekend.

I've got a silver f150 with an open trailer...I too will be tenting. I've got an awning to keep the beer cooler dry lol.

working 7-12s in nevada at least we had snow this morning the portal to the drift is at 6300 right at snow line snowed til 2 pm today. every time i looked up in the higher elevations i was like only if i was here a few months ago. wow theres some cool lines, our mine is 15 minutes south of the mustang ranch,lol. you guys have fun be safe and enjoy the cold ones.
