MPM and RKT porting

Looking for opinions and experiences on these two re: porting on an 09, M8 when paired with an RKT head.

Are there advantages to one over the other?
Are they always application specific ie. elevation, twin pipes or single. Anyone have any real world experiences or observations. Is one more peakey that the other?
Or are these to close to quantify any real performance differences?

For clarity, I am not starting a rumor..............just stating a rumor I once heard................It was that MPM did RKT's overflow porting.

Any one know of the validity to this, or is it just a bunch of B$??

It sounds reasonable...
I've about wore out the search function on this topic and from what I can gather the two work together on various setups and what sounds like specialty orders. Thats one of the reasons for my questions. Does it really matter which one a guy goes with or are they ultimately the same set-ups?
 
I talked with MPM last spring and they work with RKT. I believe it was Mike I talked with at MPM and he was very nice and seemed to know what he was talking about.

It looks like you are in the same boat I am...I have an 09 HCR that I would like to mod this summer but looking for some direction on what works and what does not.
 
Actually I'm rockin an 09 sno pro but as far as motor mods go between the two its all the same. I have a pretty good idea of what I would like to do but I dont want to turn it into a finicky kitty that I am always tweeking on.
 
They both do great porting & can get you running strong. They are pretty close, but not exactly the same. (it's a hand process, nobody will do the EXACT same thing as another guy)


The guy who does the porting at MPM is Brian Morehouse, the owner.
