MPI RB3 and prologger

Think I will try this with the Yamaha guys. Any issues with running the RB3 and Prologger in conjunction with eachother on a stage 2 MPI kit on an 08 Nytro? Seems like it would be the best of both worlds extra tunability, readings, boost control, and lean protection:) Whats your opinion.? Seems like it might be a pain to setup, but the fianl product will should be nice. I will be running and have the following at sea level Meth injection 100 nozzle per injector, head shim, head studs, low compression 10:1 pistons, stroked, new MPI bigger fuel pump and injectors, and a 4-post clutch. A little overkill, but it will be ready for future bigger boost without having to yank the engine each time. Will be running 11-12lbs normally, but have two sets of larger pulleys for future runs....

That is what I heard. Was waiting to see how the new Gem looked, but need to get this project rolling. I am interested to see if anyone had problems or luck with the prologger, and RB3 together??:beer;

i have spent so much money... i just wasted buying diffrent pullys and tryed the pure logic fuel box the factory one that comes with mpi do you have a blow off valve in your inter coolor if not you should get one makes every thing run coolor and you need your lil air box sensor in the intercoolor and the hose under the carbs tha you putt the filter on hook that to the intercoolor and the air intake can not be under the intercoolor it will not run in deep pow i made my own mod an brought it above the clutch cover and gett the rb3 3 bar map from darren powder lites you would not belive the diffrence you around revy,, okanagan ,, id let you take her for a rip its night and day and the rb3 holds 2 maps so you can run a race gas pully or a pump gas pully :beer;:beer;:beer;:beer;

How do you get the air temp sensor mounted into the intercooler? Also what is this extra threaded hole on the side of my intercooler for? (see picture) Is it for running a hose to the fitting on the bottom of the throttle bodies that currently has the hose and small filter on it.

The kit also came with a fitting that fits in the hole and a hose, but nothing in the directions to indicate how to put it together. (see picture)

That hose attaches to the fitting on the side of your intercooler and down to a fitting on the throttle bodies. The fitting on the carbs is where they tell you to install the little K&N filter which you don't want to do. I suggest you install hose/ clamp on throttle body first and leave the other end sticking out the right side (clutch side). Then put your intercooler on, attach line to fitting on intercooler. Hope this helps

that extra hose has to go down to the bottom of your carbs and your bov has to be tied in with all 3 hoses on your carbs not one so just put a tee by the other tee hope it works good for you

All nytro kits now come with idle air control hose and bung welded on intercooler, Instructions are being worked on. Install one end of hose to where instructions tell you to install filter on iac hose and install 1/4-1/2 brass fitting in intercooler. if u choose to not use this and use it the old way just plug the hole in intercooler.

The Prologger is just a data acquisition it in no way works in conjunction with the rb3 or any other fuel controller. It will help monitor aif fuel, temp, boost, tach, voltage.

I am running the bov and the new fresh air intake for this sled. Also installed their fuel pump and larger injectors. Hence the reason for the RB3, for taking fuel away and timing.
