Moving closer to sledding, getting my first enclosed but have questions

Presently I live near San Antonio, TX but I'm moving out to Albuquerque soon. This will put me a lot closer to my Southern Colorado riding area I frequent. Now I'm looking at buying an enclosed trailer since my wife and two kids will now start riding. We will also be purchasing a RZR4 in the near future as well.

I have a friend with a Hallmark 8.5' x 25'box, 5' Vee, 5200lb axles and he likes it. I originally though about a lower car hauler type trailer but the areas we go to when we RZR are rougher. So, I'll need the deckover type for clearance. I think 28'-30' would fit the bill well since I could haul two RZR4's with me if I go with a friend or it would easily haul 4-5 sleds along with gear. I also want to use the trailer to help haul my household goods from SA to ABQ. I might need to do a couple of trips but I could put the money to rent a Uhaul truck into the cost of the trailer instead.

The real problem with buying a new trailer is that I'm really removed from any snowmobile trailer dealers. I don't want to break the bank on the purchase but I'm not looking to buy bottom of the barrel either.

So, if you had to trust ordering a trailer and having it shipped to you (or I go and pick it up to haul it home) what would you choose and why? Should I just go used and trust a forum member instead?

I've scoured old threads and read about Stealth, Aluma, Nashcar (Becker), NEO, Featherlight, etc. Do we have any dealers or reps on here that have done business like this in the past? I like the aluminum framed trailers but it's not necessary a requirement. I will use my 07.5 LMM 4x4 Duramax as the tow vehicle.

I am hesitant to do a blind deal as I'm afraid I'll pick up the trailer or end up with it delivered and it wasn't done to specs. Then, I'm in a huge hassle of getting it resolved being hundreds of miles away.

Any sage words of advice?

I have a 33 Triton Prestige with Drop deck. 5 or 6 sleds depending on length but usually 4 with tons of room to spare and feel comfy. Will also haul 3 SXS but 2 real comfortable. It gets used often.
As far as alternatives go........I just about bought a Mirage 28 Highmark Extreme. I thought it was very well laid out and had lots of options I wanted as standard equipment. It was like 16k all done..... The blacked out edition is very cool IMO.

Happy hunting.

Save yourself the long drive to pick up a sled trailer and "trusting" someone and buy a used trailer in TX to fit the bill for moving and then sell it in Albq when you're done with it and buy what you want. Especially considering TX is trailer country and prices seem below avg there.
I've bought several used trailers over the years for moving and never had a problem re-couping my $ on them provided they were a decent deal to begin with. Sold 2 in Albq in fact after moving there........twice.
