everytime I open a thread I plays. A shampoo commercial. if I mute it, the next time I open a thread it plays again.

anyone know how to get rid of it?

If it were my job to sell advertising for this site,
and I was aware of how unpopular these types of ads were with the site users (the ultimate customers),
then I simply offer traditional ad space & not force these ads upon my ultimate customers.

But sadly, the user satisfaction appears to rate lower than it should with whomever is marketing the ad sales here.

Annoying as hell. Was a paid member till OCT. Glad I didn't renew, I get 10gb a month for net use for 84 monthly and anything after that is 30 bucks per gig. So only frequent a couple time a month here now. Soon might just delete the bookmark altogether. Tried using adblock on chrome but it still shows. So cannot afford to let a vid load every time I change a page as it reloads or plays a different vid. Sure it is a small vid but every time I change a page it changes or reloads and after time it adds up.

Great now there is some stupid fing arm wrestling ad that keeps opening and freezes everything up. Gotta go up and xit to keep things working but it keeps coming back. Between this and mods locking threads I am done paying when my membership is up. CHRISTOPHER ARE YOU LISTENING???????????????
