I have a 2000 700 Mountain Max when i start carving through fresh snow it starts to choke off it only chokes off when i tip the sled over on the exhaust outlet, i have tried different exhaust pipes, different exhaust deflectors. The sled is ported and I have SLP Big Bore Pipes on it right now. I am also running Holtzman ATACC. Anybody have suggest?

What exhaust you running now? ANy other mods?
Use the Copper Permatex silicone on all exhaust connections.
Make an extension on the stock exhaust snow deflector.
Can try using some foam around the top of the airbox where the hood sits on it. I used the foam that you can buy at Home Depot, it has 3M sticky side. It is about 1/2 inch wide by 1/2 inch tall.

EDIT: And I also used duct tape to cover the holes in the hood. (oval holes under the hood where the air box sits) Where it can suck air from under the hood. I also put flo-rites in the dash.

x2 on too rich. another trick is to seal the silencer to the belly pan with high heat silicone. the stock snowdeflector always worked good for me. seems like the viper mtn had a bigger deflector than the max, if yours is missing. the slp kind didnt quite do the job.

like 0007 said, its to rich. The little 700 can be leaned out a lot.

A must for those sleds is the MPI cold air intake kit.

I can tell ya this sled isn't running rich.It only chokes off when it is laid on its right side not the left side! EGT is perfect and the plug is a golden brown color. If it was leaned out anymore it will probably destroy its self. In my 700 I run a 60 pilot,135 main runs flawless. Bigsno is running 60 pilot,133.8 main.
Then he put the ataac on and it is still choking off mhen laid on the right side.

check the fuel screws should be at 1 3/4 out if I remember correctly or real close you may try a .07 air jet instead of the stock 1.0 helped mine out a bunch jetting sounds pretty close depending on elevation guessing you are around 6-8k
