Very sad for sure. I cant quite figure out why the good dealers always get the short end of the stick, but yet the big box dealers always survive. They usually know nothing about what they sell, and there is some snot nosed punk a** kid behind the parts counter who doesnt know his a** from a hole in the ground.

I work at the highest volume Ducati dealership in North America and yes we are a big store, but we do things a little different here. It has more of a personal feel to it. We are all enthusiasts and know what we sell as well as ride and use the products that we sell. That is what makes the difference. Not just hiring cheap help to answer the phone and maybe sell a few parts.

We could use a Cat sled dealer here(Reno, NV). We have a Cat quad/UTV dealer but no sleds...........??????????

YEA!!!!! Shur wish we hade someone close that even had a clue.

motorhome cat shop wount be around long either.I have a freind that works for him and I go anyplace eles to spend my money.I would rather go to a polaris shop than his for my cat parts.lol

unbelievable, i have heard this from so many dealers how cat forces the quads on them and it puts the dealer out of business what are they thinking? Sorry to hear, good luck
