Mountain Fit Hoods???

I ordered side panel vents for my M last Friday. They were on my doorstep this afternoon much to my surprise. That is my first dealings with MTN Fit but definately won't be my last.

I spent months dealing with Mountian fit trying to get a hood made. If you call all night long for a few days you might get Bill to answer. Then he will give you the run-a-round and send you on your way.

Over the years it looks like the people that have good service from them either buy at a show and take it home with them, OR buy through a dealer.

After wasting alot of my time and money the hood I finaly got was such a POS I sent it right back. Eric

About 2 weeks ago I ordered some side vents from Mountain Fit for my M8. I was nervous about dealing with them due to what I have read on here. I called them asked if they had them in stock, which they did so I ordered them on a Wednesday, and got them that Saturday.....

I think that everyone on here or most everyone on here knows i am one of bills friends. I have been to his shop a few times in the last week and like ridnhigh said bill spends well over 15 hours a day at his shop which i know is hard on him cause he does have a new born at home that he cant watch grow, which anyone with kids could understand is hard. Alot of people also dont understand he is working alone with hardly any help except from his friends that stop by on there way home from work to lend a helping hand. With that said and from the other posts on here you will get your product and i would like to appologize to you for your wait, but you will get your product. If i could ask one thing since everyone is so quick to jump on here and bash or complain for not getting there stuff soon enough, could the people that have ordered in the last few months that got there stuff in a timely manner get on here and say something positive. Cause i know he has sent out 100's of orders lately either the same day or the following day of the order date. not trying to stand up for or defend someone else but give the guy a little slack.

I said it a couple of posts earlier and I will say it again. That has to be the fastest shipping I have received for an item I ordered over the internet. I ordered my side vents on Friday afternoon and they were here just after noon central today. I didn't think that was even possible. So tell your friend thanks a bunch and expect another order from me in the future when I need some more venting.
