I hate to stir s**t up on these forums but i'm starting to get frustrated and would just like some answers! I ordered a hood and some vents from Mountain Fit Hoods on October 22 hoping to receive them for early season riding. It has now been over 6 weeks and I still don't know if they have even been shipped yet! I've tried calling numerous times, left messages and when I do finally get a hold of them they say were extrememly busy, hoods are being shipped out as we speak and I'm sure yours is in the order. They than take my name and number so they can call me back to verify that the hood was shipped out, even though I haven't received a single call back. When I called again yesterday it was the usual same response so I voiced my concern about the status of my hood/money and there lack of knowledge about there orders. The lady on the other end than got extrememly defensive saying they just came back from holidays (fair enough) and I'm just the secretary that keeps track of the books (fair enough again). She than goes on with her regular speech taking my name and number saying they'll call back... I tell her that this isn't good enough anymore and I'd like to know the status of my order. She than tells me that if it wasn't shipped out today (yesterday) they'll just refund my money. So once again here I am not knowing if the hood got shipped out, or if I'm getting my money reimbursed since they never called back!

If my order got lost thats fine as well, but confirm it with me so we can get a new one made up! But please quit sending me around in circles. I'd just like to know whether or not its coming and if it isn't reimburse my money so I can buy a hood elsewhere!
