Keep up the good work

Every one needs to remember that every company has growing pains the important part is that Moto trax is working to fix the problems
The kits will just get better I have two kits and have had good luck with them they are not perfect. My new ford breaks also.I get it fixed and move on that is life just go ride and have fun life is to short to be bitching on here.

I had a couple of issues but it was all handled by Zak professionally and I have no complaints, I try to act professionally when dealing with things like this and never go to Facebook or Snowest first, NEVER,

by all the rants this guy has posted its obvious he has a temper and whats to get some attention, that is his main goal, just attention not a real discussion or resolution

Like you I am the same(social media), until I got in this mess. I know of 8 Mototrax in this area all with major problems.(must be the Canadian snow) Your right Zak is doing his job deflecting **** for Randy. Zak's field of study in school as he told me ,was Political Science. I like Zak.
I have been working on these tracks for 3 months . If you check out any of my posts you will find out I do fix some of Mototrax problems.
I am now sitting on 3 Mototrax, Dealer cost over 12000 USD.I will not sell them to people knowing what I know about them.
I would love to sell these tracks to a person like you then sit back and make comments about real discussion resolution.

I appreciate the rants and the detailed fixes that he's put forward. I'd have more sympathy for the company if they did the right thing instead of smear bs on the situation. They will learn at some point that this is the wrong approach. Maybe that's why timbersled is clammed up tight, but this is also not a good approach. We were all so interested in the fact that they were a Mfg on here for discussion and that's a good thing. It's true we are somewhat being the beta testers for the kit which I'm personally okay with, to a degree, as long as it's rewarded with prompt warranty support and a good attitude from the factory. This is where they are falling down right now. They need to support us with the parts that work, before they fail, and at zero cost.
BS aside they have a good thing going here, but we will see if they can make it through this rough period.
However, if we are to be the beta testers then we should make it known what we are doing and what works and doesn't or the company won't ever improve. They can test all they want but the testing of 500 customers on varying bikes in varying conditions will ultimately be much more proving than Zak and Randy's 135 lb asses ripping around their specific location.

Zaks field of study was human resources.

They don't seem to have one just for that. But if you call the 800 number and select customer service, someone answers right away. I've called them three times this week, and they have been on top of things each time.

I cant say the same about timbersled called a couple Polaris dealers and all they could tell me is ya we have some but they no nothing about them. I finally found a shop in reno that was able to answer my questions but I had to call several dealerships before I found him.

Call Jeff @ Auburn Powersports. They are a Polaris Snowmobile and Timbersled dealer. They actually ride sleds and snowbikes all over the Tahoe basin. They are going to have a TS Demo day Feb 26 9;30-4pm at Donner Lake Interchange (DLI). Its free, just need to book a time slot.

Jeff (530)885-7105. Tell him Murph told you to call him.

thanks for the info. im going to the ts demo ride on the 25 at mt rose. looking forward to hearing about the changes for 2018 and possibly snow check a 2018.
