Motorfist service

Got the Stomper boots, couple of rides on them and they are leaving my toes cold and wet on the left boot. Took them to my dealer today so hopefully they can get fixed.

Love the boots WAY more than my Klim boots (I can actually drive in them), when my Klim stuff wears out will be crossing over to MF.

MF-cat, my wife said to give you a request for more of a selection for ladies gear. Thanks for setting the story straight. :thumb:

Ironically, my dad and me bought our boots at the same time. His boots are doing the EXACT same thing, on the EXACT same side. He's afraid to turn his in though (as he puts it "with valuable riding time at stake") and is waiting to see what happens with mine.

Sounds like your boot got sideways. You will get a new one.

Fear not! We will take care of you.

Gloves are "fragile" (or fra-gilee if you dig the movie a Christmas Story) like gloves. There is a lot going on and a lot of strange pressures and wear on boots and gloves.

But a boot shouldn't fail that fast. I am sure something is just wrong with it.

Women's gear.....it's coming. Patience grasshopper. This fall PM me. You maybe able to see it before anyone else does. We will be testing product next fall for future release.

The Bluebird Warranty we offer solves your exact problem so you DON'T miss a bluebird day.

Call Carie at MF and tell her the issues with the product. She will send you new ones to ride in till it can be determined what happened with your boot. If it can't be fixed you keep the new ones. Just like others have said here.

We don't want you to miss precious days of riding because of us.:wine:

I bought a set of Motorfist stomper boots. Had an issue with them(not a quality or perfomance issue) and made a post about it seeking some input. I work retail so I don't want something for nothing. Seen too much of that from the sellers side. Someone from Motorfist got a hold of me and basically asked me how to make it right. WOW! Had a real issue with Klim, basic warranty thing. Was told by a lady in customer service that they would take care of it and get me a replacement at no charge. Awesome! A few days later got the damaged gear back in the mail with a nice letter that basically said F O. Not awesome. Going Motorfist and maybe other lines in the future. Never again Klim.

Surprised that this thread died off.

I love my stuff, but haven't seen a whole bunch on folks yet? Wish I had some coin to start a dealership up here. Ordering from or calling Denver sucks.

It will take some time for me. I wish I had waited a year to get some garb, bought Klim coat 3 years ago and Klim bibs the year before that. Too bad that they are durable, I can't afford to get MF bibs and coat until needed.

But looking at how my Klim gloves are wearing out at an accelerated pace, should be into some MF gloves this year probably. :face-icon-small-coo

HAPPY

I became the proud new owner of a set of stomper boots and a set of MF gloves. (the mid weight ones) IMO The gloves are by far the best i have ever wore. Always dry warm hands. The same glove in the competetors brand hardly lasts 1/2 a season for me. The thicker leather palm is very well put together. My feet are usualy wet after a long day of riding, but they stay warm. probly sweat. or snow working its way down from the top. Going to tell santa i want her to get me some pants next yr.:face-icon-small-win

I got a couple of MF items last winter...and a couple of purchases here and there....I started to realized that I'm pretty 'Fisted up. Holy crap.

I have hyperphobic fleece top and bottom
Kill Switch and WFO gloves.
Rekon Pants and Hellroaring Jacket.
AND Stompers. THOSE are fantastic boots. The most comfortable boots I've ever worn. It's like a vagina for my feet. But dry.

LOVE all of it so far....

Weird thing...The first 1" of the toe sectioin on the boot peeled off about 1/8" thick. Back to the red part before the first center lug in kind of a crescent piece. NO idea why. I'm not worried about it though. Hasn't done any more tearing since then. Musta had some weird fracture line propagating through it a little bit. But it hasn't gone anywhere else. It's all good.

I look like the Motorfist poster child-boots,gloves,bibs,jacket, but I have never been happier with my sled clothing. Now I am warm and dry and breathable!
