I recieved my motor mount kit upgrade and read through the directions. Has anyone attempted this yet? I thought only one side had changed, but they sent stuff for both sides. Do we need to do both sides? Looks like quite a job.

Yes, you need to do both sides.
The left side is really easy, you spend more time removing the clutches than installing the new mount bolts.
Right side is a little more difficult since you have to go thru the access holes. The foward hole on my sled had enough excess adhesive in it I wasn't able to get a socket thru it.
Helps to have a few universal joints for your ratchet for the right side.
Overall a pretty easy job.
Doing this update virtually eliminated all the engine vibration I was getting when coming off throttle down to idle.
