I'm not giving up my 3.78 locked fer nothing. With all the housing defaults and mortgage shenanigans from the last few years, loan quals are getting tighter and tighter.Brokers and Banks have tighter leashes on them

WOW! When did you pull that one off? is it on a 15 yr or something? I'm sure your credit score must be a true marvel of modern finance but I haven't heard of anything that low for a long time.

15 year 800 + Fico and before the credit crunch. Anything below 5.80 is looking pretty sharp right now

Bank stmt

Your broker can order a VOD (verification of deposit) from your bank or CU on your behalf. In your application package you signed a general authorization letter giving permission to the broker to pull credit, check bank accounts, employment history, etc. I have worked in the industry for over 12 years, and would be more than happy to answer any mortgage related questions.
