Just sent it to my three in congress, everyone else should help flood their email with this too. Knowing one of them on a personal basis, it is going to his email that he is required to check, hopefully they ALL get enough of these to at least look into the matter.

some of their emails go routed to a box where a secretary type person reads, condenses the messege, and forwards on to the politician. Kind of like a junk filter, but the emails are still passed on with names and important points that are in the messege, then archive the emails in case they want to refer back. Afterall, I would rather have my politicians doing something that just reading emails, like pretending to watch out for me haha.

While I agree to a large extent, but the simple fact remains in basic economics. Increase production to meet or exceed demand and the speculators are stopped in their tracks as businesses that buy on futures are still businesses and won't go buying inflated priced fuels just for kicks.

We are the only country in the world that has the oil capabilities to counteract the speculators and the market single handedly, while continuing to be hipocritical enough to refuse to drill our oil and yet beg, plead, and attempt to order others to produce more.
