The one of my wife is decieving. That was taken at Lost Lake and she is coming up out of a deep gorge that I could not get over with my 800 159. She was enough lighter and jetted better that day and she was rubbing it in my face that she could come over the top like that and I had to side hill my way out! Trust, I still hear about it!

lol lol

sounds like me wife.

what kind of sled did you get her?

LOL Cbolt,

I went riding on Saturday in Pville, have you been there lately? I think that was pretty hardcore to just get out and ride that day. However, I have been riding Turny, Johnsons Pass, Placer and Hatchers and haven't seen you out there :-)

Here's a pretty nice one for you I took this Friday from the Talkeetna mountains. I think my idea of "hardcore" and your idea are different. I don't have the time to sit there and snap pics of me while climbing up, I am not that vein. That's why most of my pics are of me stuck its the only time I have the time to take some. I ride more then 4 times a week, can I get some props for that? I just love to ride!

Happy trails, hope to see you out there.

Dont worry it wasnt really mean. It just could have been interpreted as mean. Anyways it boiled down to how many miles you have on your sled with riding 4plus times a week. Just curious.

dragon lady...i dont really have the time to ride a ton this year, and the money either...who would have known at 30 i would be going back to school....stupid college

ive only put 350 or so miles on this year so far...but spring is coming....

but the internet is already paid for, and im pretty good at talkin chit, so keyboard jockey i am...

I do agree with the picture thing. I never want to stop to take pics, just ride, usually the camera only catches stucks..thats why i want a helmet cam..to catch all the cool crap i do on accident.

my wife being hardcore (if you knew her....you would understand...ha ha ha its a far cry from quilting and knitting...) once she gets on my sled, she wont let me have it back again...

Nice Pic C-bolt!

Funny you say your wife wouldn't give you your sled back, that's how I got mine. I had a RMK 600 and road my husbands Dragon (my sled now) and told him he's not getting it back. However, he scored an '08, 800 Dragon, 163 from it.

It's great that your wife is hardcore....maybe we'll see you out on riding oneday.

Jennie

I hate to admit that is my lowmark beneath my wifes highmark. That is all my 800rmk 159 had that day. My wife rides an 800rmk 151 with an slp single and has about a 100lb weight advantage over me. Somedays, that makes all the differnce in the world. I remember well the days back when the boys were on Indy lites with 133.5" 1.5" paddle tracks when they only weighed about 50lbs each. There were many times that the "big boys" were augered in and the boys would come up,stop, and roost us as they took off laughing!!! They must have gotten that from their mothers:D

AWESOME!!!

Love that you would admit that... :-(

I don't have any of me out climbing my husband just yet, he has been riding his entire life, this is just my second year on a sled. one day I will out climb him :-(

I am trying to make my sled lighter. I put an electric start because I couldn't pull it over, so that made my sled a bit heavier. I have a can on order, that should lighten it up a bit.

I have the same problem with my motorcycle, I have a 98' Honda CBR900RR and those older bikes are so much heavier then the lighter bikes. However, the extra weight has helped me out a bit when the wind was blowing like crazy as I rode down the Seward highway.

Where do you guys ride?

Jennie

We live in Soldotna so we ride mostly Lost Lake area and Caribou Hills.I can't ride a street bike. We both drive for a living and can't afford to lose our cdl's and crotch rockets are a real quick way to do that!!!
