More competition!

Hey look, a red and white Timbersled with a backwards shock

Hopefully your not against some competition, it will be good for the sport to have more manufactures. This would be like saying all the sleds are the same because they have 2 skis, a track, and a motor with the only difference being colors... Maybe cat will pick them up, or C3. Either way this sport is growing which is what I thought was important here.

I'm not against competition, I'm just tired of waiting for someone to come out with a full production frame that you slap motor into

With that driveline set up, you could change gear ratios a lot easier than a timbersled. I still see that open tunnel design producing frozen brake caliper syndrome though.

Tunnel is kinda cool looking. Now CMX just needs to build the rest of the machine around it. They've built custom sleds for almost 2 decades now, lets see a custom purpose built snow bike, even if it costs their standard 20k+, which it probably would.

Looks like my Timbersleds need to go!! I have had CMX products in the past and they are top notch. I am sure the kits will perform as good or better than a timbersled and man do they look better!!! Good job CMX! I bet the front end will be something spectacular as well. Anything will be better than the current Timbersled set up. Looking forward to more info. CMX you should offer a snow check option for all the guys that wanted Timbersleds but never pulled the trigger. I'll take 2 :face-icon-small-coo

Why is the belt drive on the right side?

love the right side drive idea! since the shifter is on the left it only makes sense to have the widest part of the kit on the right, make as much room as possible for the left foot! I also like the hex jackshaft, looks like the front of the subframe is bolted for fitment, also alot of different suspension mounting holes! the suspension looks great as well similar to a pro rmk / other coilover oem sleds, interesting how they are going away from the seperate front and rear arms, I like it!

It's just a CAD rendering...

The question is when we will see the production unit and some in tests.

This guy is just messing around right? As someone else mentioned it is a computer generated image and not really a new kit.

CMX posted it on their Facebook page saying that it's "coming soon". I'm sure it will look a little different once they start making one.

JUMP ANYONE???

It is my understanding that this has more suspension travel then a PRO RMK.
