More Air Bubbles In Oil Lines PRO RMK 800

Anyone got this one going? It is on both PRO RNK 800's we have.

The line closest in the picture seems to only have its lower radius filled, Leaving an air bubble on either side of that lower radius.

The first picture is my sled, now on VES Gold, the second is her sled, still on the break-in tank.

What does this supply, and should I be concerned and bleed it?

I'm frikkin' bleedin' all over here...!

I just reprimed my tank for second time due getting air bubbles again. Hopefully air bubbles will be gone for good now.
 
Has anyone confirmed that the bubbles are bad? Common sense would tell you that they are, but are they leading to problems? I wonder if those bubbles are there under throttle???
 
I don't know to be concerned or not, logic dictates that if I rode about 80 miles and then pulled the sled in and saw these bubbles the next day, as I did, that there should be no worries, but damn, it don't look right.
 
Has anyone thought air bubbles start when your sled is either on its left side or when you unstuck your machine using the roll over method ? simple laws of physics should apply. I would also believe the bubble should work its way thru from top to bottom or by simply burping when the bubble is disturbed or becomes to large. The resevoiur of oil should apply downward pressure and force the bubble thru the pump. ( I would hope )

Might be, physics sure aint helping when you roll it over! Removed a bubble in mine today, about 1/", by loosening the tank ans holding it on its side so the bubble could go straight up.

Fairly easy to remove that one but it move SLOW so store your sled warm overnight before doing it if you can.

my guess is this is cause by too small of a vent..but thats just my thought..try bleeding it all out again and on your next ride..leave the cap just slightly loose(you will need to tighten it down while you roll the sled over, then loosen again)..but I bet that cures it....easy way to check is pop the main feed line loose at the pump and see how fast oil pours out, then crack the cap loose and see how fast it pours..I would imagine if the vent is an issue you could put a bulkhead fitting in the tank and creatively route a vent hose around the tank a few times to stop it from leaking when the sled gets rolled...
 
I checked my oil line after putting a 100 miles on the sled over the weekend. Guess what.... 1/2 inch bubble in the oil line! So I did the gravity prime with the tank tilted to allow air to go up into the tank again. I guess this sled is just going to have a bubble in the airline.
 
The cap does not have a large enough VENT HOLE. Maybe a hot needle or fix where check valve has bigger opening. Not sure about reverse having an effect. ( Oil pump may turn backwards) Look at it before using reverse while on trailer and see if it appears after backing up. This has come up before. DO NOT FILL OIL RESERVOIR UP TO BRIM.
