the way I read it you got a moddy there. the visor can be removed for a true flip face flatlander hat, or the shield can be removed and the visor replaced for a mtn rider hat.

so if it is not a NMFH, it mut be a T2MFH

Way wrong on this one. It is NOT a modular. I should know...I own one, although I rarely wear it anymore.
I could post a pic of mine with me under it but I doubt I could ever recover from the shame.

i kid you not.........was riding with another guy in an untracked meadow last week. out of the treeline comes a guy riding a poo 900......rides up to say hi.....modular. this is where it gets good. moments later comes another poo 9 out of the trees......with two people on it......TWO.....GUYS.....on a freshie powder ride......both modulars. didn't have enough time to get to the camera. couldn't get the image of two guys riding brokeback on a powder day....by choice, not a breakdown situation. saw them several hours later as well. that was some funny chit.

I *Had one of those TXi's...NOT Modular, it's a full face, what most people say, the chin doesn't swing up, therefore it's a full face even if the visor swings.
