I have seen a lot of different setups for the rear on the xp.
Most do not seem like they are worth the money.
What have you guys been doing to make the stock suspension work better?
Last year I made my own delron inserts and nearly infinately adjustable front limiter strap - this worked quite well - just wondering what others have done
I see that a few have put in stiffer springs which hampers the sleds ability to transfer and climb up on top of deep fluff.
Others have drilled holes in the tunnel and dropped down the front arm an inch or so. I am very reluctant to change the geometry that skidoo has set up in the rear of the summit as it floats and climbs well setup stock.
I have also seen a couple of setups where a guy will add a single fox float to the rear arm and mount it to the stock crossmember on the skid removing the steel springs altogether. The suspension was not designed for that much stress at these points and that approach makes me wary.
