Anyone else notice that all the calculator in that link does is average the two? Like LeftyM77 said I don't think that works with RON octane numbers. It might work with MON number, I don't know. 91 octane pump fuel is not 91 MON.
That ratio meter doesnt hold true according to one of the guys on here that is a petroleum engineer. In the 2 stroke private thread we used to have he explained it in a way that uses a few different calculations to determine octane when mixed including, but not limited to,: detergents, additives, and ethanol. Very complicated and risky to do it that way IMO.
