the mix and match group ride turned into a mix and match ride too
Bush had some turbo issues so peeled off. Corp11 and I rolled around thru a few different areas little tree play...some sight seeing. Need some more snow now too!
Dropped a little cornice and tripped a little avy...was not much danger so it was cool to watch it follow me down the hill.
Nice meeting you Ryan. Hey, I got in about 50 miles on the trail that day, with my 3 trips out and back.
Turbo has some serious issues..Went back got the old M, but forgot I needed to change the fuel line. The line Michelle sent me was a joke and blew up the day before. I used my camelbak tube to get me back, but didn't get around to changing it for real fuel line, which I had bought in town earlier. So I ride out about 4 miles before the camel back fuel line bursts. I got enough to cut it off and nurse it back to the lot. Finally get the right line on and it's already 2:00, but I head out anyway, since they are expecting me back on top. Get down the trail about 8 miles this time, then run into Brandon and Ryan coming back to see WTF. Sorry, no pics of that debaucle.
Couple more from Thrusday, when the pow was a couple feet deep over a foot of hard snow and 3' of sugar. Stuck fest for Ray..lol
Don't tell PJ it's deep enough! Ray got stuck 3 or 4 times within 20' of this spot.
Turbo was incredible in the deep fluff. then started running like crap.
Yancy and I are up in Lolo Pass Montana/Idaho. Rode the Idaho side today and up high the snow was great. Trouble posting pics internet is super slow here. Will post up later.
Just got home and resulted my leads. I have a 10:30 and a 2:30 in Briargate tomorrow. We'll have to finish putting the turbo back together after we drive down to South Fork. I'll call you when I'm done. Probably be @ 4.
