Got a used genuine mitsu evo 3 16g turbo, was running it on my turbo kit on my rx1 motor. swapping to a BB garrett.
the wastegate flap is welded closed as i was running an external on my setup. also, the threaded hols in the exhaust side are all drilled out and using through bolts instead of studs, you can get new housings on ebay for $100 if you want to go back to an internal.
minimal shaft play. turbo has been really good to me, just stepping up.
