missing rivets

I have noticed that one of the rivets is missing on my ski loop, I had dealer send me a couple of them, the hole seems way to small. Do they just press in? Thanks in advance

Yes, a big c-clamp or a hammer with something to back up the other side will work.

C clamp.
If using hammer put ski end in hot water first as it will help a lot for install.
