Would he have had any desire to visit Mexico? They record license numbers, with automated cameras, so I'm told. Might check board enforcement.

He's only 16, so I doubt like hell he has a passport. I dont think he could get across. He is quite an outdoorsy (if thats a word) kid so he is probably in the mountains along 101 somewhere. I hear thats a beautiful area.
Honestly... if that cold snap didnt let up this week, I'da prolly gone with him!

Does he have a credit card he would use for gas and stuff? If so check with card company for usage data. You could track him that way. Does he have a cellphone? Maybe track calls? Did he run away? Is there a reason anyone would be looking in California? Freinds. family or girlfreind down there?
His cellphone has been shut off since Last Wednesday @ 11:00pm, no credit or debit cards, He is using cash which he pulled from his savings account. We have sent fliers to the California police department and also anybody asking for them. The possible sighting was on Saturday so he could be anywhere by now, You just don't know. I just wish he would call and let us know that his OK.

Anyone can get into mexico they rarely check anyone going in .They do stop big trucks on usa side to see what there hauling .So if they knew to watch for someone driving they would be able to catch them . You would need to talk to homeland security( customs ) about that . Passport laws are for usa only.
I foward you some sites on the missing did any of them help you Let me know. People have also used myspace for missing flyers.If you need help on this I could work on sending info to all the sites. dag57@frontiernet.net
