Like it says I was wondering if I should deck the head on my 05 while I am updating the pistons and also if a pipe would really help out and which pipe the sled is an 05 fusion I ride in the mtns It is finally working good I just need shorter risers 5 or 6 in 7/8 to 1 1/8 thanks

if it on the 05 or 06 900 dont do it unless you are doing a turbo.

When he says "deck the head" he means take out material on the mating surface of the head and cylinders. This raises you compression slightly and tightens the squish band.
from what i understand, The squish on these sleds is already pretty tight. I dont think i would do it. Anybody have any experience here?
 
$.75.00 I was told not to run it but you can try if you want. It cost me 30.00 to have it cut. I would check plugs every so often, to make sure you are good. keep a eye on them make sure they are not running white.
