Metal front bumper

Does anyone make a metal or stainless bumper for the REV? I've went thru 2 plastic bumpers and 2 slp pipes...stupid trees

I wouldn't do that, you'll wreck your bulkhead, it's supposed to give first.

I was thinking of filling mine with a semi hard filler... silcone, great stuff foam, or a 2-part urathane ( best choice IMO ). Give it a bit more staying power but would still break before the bulkhead.

If you designed a metal bumper with a "crumple zone" mounting system, at least you could replace the crumpled mounting bits with out replacing the whole bumper and hopfully the pipe.

I finally found the OEM "tree magnet" embedded in the hollow of the bumper--but not before I replaced the X brace, the front hood, the panels next to the hood and a dent in my pipe.
