Thought I would post to see if there is a smart young person that would know or love to learn Tig welding Aluminum, Stainless steel.

Job at Powder Lites

He Jeff I will pay between 20- $30 to start with depending on attitude and workmanship.
Anyone can pickup things fast and I started this company and never had any welding experance at all.
My welder guy is in same boat really good welder now and we learn here together and with the right attitude you can do anything you want in life.
I have only grade 9 and was always poor in school because I got everything backwards on paper.
Trade Marine Mechanic school was hard to even get in back then without grade 12.
The guys that have worked for me always say they really like working for me and learn lots.
If your worried about not having a good work record and changing jobs a lot, Don't be cause we need a guy to come up with new ideas everyday.
I shouldn't say guys!! Any person specialy in Tig welding might be a women cause there really good at it from what I have seen.

well been doing some checking,and even if i sold all my properties i still would not have enough to buy anything with acreage for cash up there,and i dont do financing,i am debt free and i plan to stay this way.so the job sounds awesome,but the idea of debt does not,and rent is wasted money.good luck on your search.
