Anyone access Meadow Creek Reservoir from CR 84 latey?
Its been about 7 years since I've been up there. Do they still have the one parking area where you ride dirt for a little bit then they stop plowing? Does anyone groom it after they stop plowing? I remember one time it was groomed and the other time it had bumps the size of Volkswagons which made for a crappy ride up.
