Have this MDS weight set out of my Polaris pro along with the spring Steve recommends but I would get a new one for this season as this spring has over 600 miles on it. The Base weight of the weight is 62.68 grams and you would add weight to that to get to where you want to be, there are three different bolts and washers. Right now they are set up at 68 grams and I ride 4-7k feet, my sled has a head and it pulls 8200 with now fall off. $165 shipped
