MCX turbo on Phazer questions

I just bought a 2007 Phazer with an MCX turbo on it and it does not run. A wire that was added as power from the starter relay and appears to go to a unit with a vacum line in and one out mounted to the bottom of the intercooler seems shorted. Anybody tell me what that is and its function please?

Would this kit have came with an aux fuel pump or injectors? I guess my question is what electrical add ons would this kit have? I have searched online and I have not been able to find any answers.

Mine had additional injectors in the intercooler. Just under the intercooler on the left side of the sled was the MCX box.

Shorted wire goes into the intercooler so I guess next step is to open that up. So who would be a good source for MCX parts? Preferably near Colorado?

Leipheimer Yamaha is in Montana and is the USA rep for MCX. I know there are other places that can get and do the MCX stuff, but the guys at Leipheimer Yamaha eat/sleep/breath MCX and were really helpful with my turbo phazer stuff. When you put the intercooler back on take good time and care when you hook the bottom hose up thats down between the a-arms. Its kinda a PITA to get it all back together because its a tight fit. When you pull the intercooler off you will see the fuel rail, and the 2 (I think) injectors. Its pretty straight forward once you have it in your hand and can see whats in it.
