MCX Fuel Pump

08 Nytro MTX MCX, head shim, 14lbs, 100LL. Sled acts like its on the rev limiter at high speed. Was super cold day -23c. and was having a hard time keeping air intake filter screen from freezing over.
At what point do you need to upgrade to the larger volume pump?

dont need the larger pump untill about 16psi. you deffinatly should plan on getting a tunnel dump. the frost going into the turbo will actually cause damage to the foils. its the warm exaust next to the intake that causes ice buildup. i actually have a kick up to mine so as to act like a snorkel

what rpm? cause at that temperature maybe it just was on the rev limiter. its not really uncomen....

What is the cost, time, ect. To go to the larger fuel pump?
I am going to get the filter up into the air away from the exhaust.
