mcx 180 oil pump bolt question

Does the bolt for the oil pump that replaces the crank bolt get pressed into the washer inside the side cover when you tighten it? And how tight do make the pump bolt?

Yamaha specs are 94 foot lbs for the OEM bolt. Thats what I did. I also found the bold was stiff to go in.

On some Nytro's we have seen the washer is a little small on the inside hole .
If this is the case you should remove mag cover and washer.
Then grind washer a little and install bolt.
When reinstalling mag cover watch gasket and fingers as the magnet is strong and cover will snap into place.
