There no way I could of got that last pic of the untracked hill. I would not have the ability to stop myself from tracking it up first. NICE PICS

why couldnt sunday have been like that! next time you wake up to fresh snow and blue sky's give me a call and i'll "be sick for a day"!
 
im pretty novice at reading snow and hill conditions so here is a question for everyone, would the hill shown in the last pic be something that one would think could slide or is it not steep enough?
 
i would say the day before that it could have slid. it froze that night and bonded the snow better. THe avy danger went from high to considerable overnight from freezing and drying out the snow. but it the right conditions it could have. Hell it can anytime, you just never know but from looking at the snowpack it wasnt likely
