MBRP can and Pure Logic

I just bought an 07 M8 and it came with an MBRP can and a pure logic fuel control box. The guy I bought it from said he bought the fuel control box because the can made the sled run lean. I didn't get the manual with it and I don't want to buy an O2 sensor just to tune it for a can. Is anyone running this same setup or could help me out with what settings I should be running? Everything else on the sled is stock.

You don't need the controller for just the can. I have an MBRP on mine too and ran without the contoller until I added a y pipe, pipe and intake.

I have a timbersled intake and an mbrp can and my sled runs just fine with out the control box. Dont run it. Does your 07 have the reflashed ecu? it will have a dot on the box if it does?

Ok good I didn't think you would need one. Never did on my crossfire but that was a rumble pack can. I think it was reflashed but ill have to check it. What did the reflash change?

The reflash leaned out the sled just a tad if im not mistaken. I have never had my sled reflashed because it runs just fine the way it is and why fix something thats not broken. Even if your sled has been reflashed you still wont need to run the efi controler.

Good now I can sell that and put the money towards clutching

If your going to sell the box and get clutching I would look into the rkt secondary kit, it will make a night and day difference on your sled.
