tried the rkt top secert tied helix.. ran it about two miles and said **** what a waste of money. but what works for me is a 73/59.46 and it rocks.... the pro likes alot of heel weight and light on the tip. update more after this weekend but i think i have it now but we will see..

what elevation were you pulling the 73.59? i could not make a 71.55-71.57.46 run at all from 8000' + i have a hps can and i am running a 58-40-46 with the stock spring in the rear, and 10-58's with the almond round in the front and it pulls tach very well up to 11000' what is the cut of the secret rktech helix? i hate having 500.00 worth of parts laying around that i can't use.

Just an update on my clutching.

Yesterday i threw in a set of 11-70 weights i had lying in the shop. I was getting the top end bog real bad all of a sudden. Sled has 450 miles on it. Now i know that the 11 series weights act like a 2 gram heavier weight so in theory i should run an 11-66 to be the same as low elevation stock.

Well here is my findings. 150-340 with 10-68 @ 1250ft. Sled would hit 8350 or so. Same spring 150-340 with 11-70 1250FT Sled now hits 8250 then falls down to about 8100. Seems that my bog is gone but i would like to know why my sled is pulling such a big weight. Oh well its working good anyway.

Setup:

Stock gearing
MBRP Can

Primary:
150-340 Team lime green
11-70 pol weights

Secondary
Team Tied
140-200 team spring
73-61 .46

Setup runs at 8100 and bog is gone. Gonna run this for a while and see how it goes.

Also running out west in Valemount 5000-8000 ft i threw in 10-62 and switched the helix to 73-59 .46 and it worked pretty good but i think it could have pulled 10-64.

Take it for what its worth but i think these sleds need 2-4 grams more than polaris specs.

PS 11 series weights wake these sleds up like you wouldnt believe.
