Your comment made me laugh I have close friends on UHP and friends dads that work Centerville and a friend who works for Centerville. Plus my wife is currently going through POST to become a cop. I still hate cops but its like bullet bikes, Mx, and Sleds its alway the one azz hate that stirs up trouble that make the rest of the people look bad. My friends are awesome cops and my wife will be. But through many experiances with Centerville and Bountiful police I will for ever and always hate cops. if you have ever been in these two cities you know why. all these cops (minus a few) are on power trips. Hey look at me I am a cop I am special I can harass you for no good reason.

Any way I agree with Sunridge I read all those and maxes comments where way out of line and his B.S. written by his mom apology added insult to injury and I am the best at adding insult to injury and he trumped me!

As stated, I played baseball for Ricks...now BYU Idaho. I signed an even more strict rule contract then the one for school when I played. It flat out stated in that contract you represent the Church and if you do anything to embarrass the Church you will be kicked off the team! I can agree with that. In fact, I have worked with bad cops. I reported one once and you can imagine how that goes. I usually deal with inappropriate behavior face to face with the other cop....but this one warranted me telling the higher ups. The cop face planted a drunk 50-60 year old female into the pavement for resisting being handcuffed. She didn't attack him whatsoever, just resisted the cuffs a little. Her face was messed up bad and she began wailing in pain.

I am done talking about the cop thing now...it is irritating this became the focus.

BTW I apologize for saying "dumba$$" to anyone that thinks MH doesn't represent the church. I make mistakes all the time...that includes this forum....and I will continue to apologize for my mistakes on this forum or others.

Boise State had the best college game I've ever seen in my life against OU back in the "whatever" bowl. They're fun to watch, but I don't think these conferences can hang with the big 12 or SEC on a consistent basis (thats the key to this arguement.....ON A CONSISTENT BASIS!)

Don't get me wrong, I'm a born and bred BYU fan and I cheer for the MWC team when they play outside of the conf, but you gotta know and understand the limits.........kinda like you Ute fans when yer all gettin sloshed at a football game!

Damn you stomped my argument out. Your response was completely logical. You are right most of these conferences have weak teams and every now and then a good one arises. However, I don't think it is fair to punish a team that could possibly win the national championship because they come from a weaker conference. Boise played the Sooners in the Fiesta Bowl....yes one hell of a game. They could have definitely competed for a national championship that year and this year. There needs to be a playoff system!

I have issues with Utah too. I went to Army drill for 8 years next to their campus. I have never seen a group of people so disrespectful to the Armed Forces....meaning the students there. Do I cheer for the Utes over BYU...yes. I can't stand the term "God's team" when it comes to BYU... bla bla. My Grandma lives in Provo. I love her to death, but I can't talk to her about BYU. I go insane!
