No surprise here, I think the whole CA state government is whacked out of their frickin mind. I almost took a job there several years ago until I heard of their sky high property taxes (5X what I pay in Elko, NV) gouging state income tax, insane fuel and gas taxes, monthly water bills that rival my mortgage payment. I figured placing a bullet in my head might be a better option so I stayed put.

National average for gasoline is $1.70 ... California is $2.35

California property tax 1.1%

Nevada property tax .996%

Hardly 5x. Just sayin.

Enough said, I need to go to work and pay for the entitled.
