Manastash Ridge area

The groomed road from the snowpark was completely iced over. Up around 5500 to 6000 feet, there was a good amount of fresh, untracked snow. It just settled too much from the last week or so. Too bad. At least there is a great base for the next big dump.

At least 3 groups of 8 or more, were around the Quartz Mtn road.

Anyone check out the Tamarck Springs area?

I'd love an update from anybody who rode that area this weekend - I'm hoping to ride up there this coming weekend. Any help/reports would be great

Pray for snow by then. Warm days and cold nights make for crispy snow....

.

We rode out of Tanuem on Friday. Great ride until I broke my ski mount almost completely off my new 08 700 RMK. What a piece of crap. Anyone else hear of this happening?

Thanks a ton to Jeff at Sportland for pulling a ski off his last sled (with the same ski's) to get me up and running for the rest of the weekend!:D

Snow was pretty darn firm, but it was not frozen like it was Sunday in the Teanaway.

That's pretty cool. There aren't too many dealers that will go the extra mile anymore.

Yeah, Teanaway was awful...... ;)
