I just picked up a Mammut avy bag with the SnowPulse cartridge from snowbigdeal. The bag is great but I need to find a location in the Salt Lake area can that can fill the cartridge. Any information or advice would be appreciated.

Scuba Utah did a great job with my SnowPulse tank. Very knowledgeable staff and they are also authorized to refill BCA cylinders.

Which bag did you get? The 30L or 22L? I just bought the 30L and its the best one for comfort so far. I tried on the North Face bag, the Highmark Snowpulse 22L, Bca 32L and 22L. The Mammut one is buy far the most comfortable. and $3.50 to refill not including the brass round plate and washers, $10 bucks for a pack of three.
i dont think you made a mistake. i bought the wari avyvest. i really like it. wish the snowpulse vest woulda been available when i bought the wari - i would have given it serious consideration. havent worn one ridin, but looked em over closely a time or two. seems like a great bag. good enuff for rasmussen.....
I picked up the 22L RAS . I wore the pack yesterday and it fits perfectly. Even completely loaded with a shovel, probe, down vest and every other piece of gear the pack was stable and could barely tell that it was there.
You definitely didn't make a mistake. Probably my personal favorite airbag on the market right now.
