Use the well casing. Set it in concrete in the ground then fill IT with concrete. Then fill the box with some sort of container with paint in it. If they are smashing it correctly the paint will get ALL over them and their car.

Or some sodium metal hanging over a small pot of water inside the box. Any chemists pickin' up what I'm laying down. Of course that'd probably put you at odds with the G, the sherriff and a trial lawyer.

mine is made from a 8" piece of pipe 10" long and 1/4" thick. Then i mounted it on a big coil spring off an old piece of farm equipment. Now when someone hits the mailbox the box hits them back:d:d

Our neighbors have reported theres so many times to the sherriffs that it aint even funny anymore. They've reported it with license plate numbers. They dont do anything. But i bet the post office will.

As funny as that is, sodium hydroxide is naaasty stuff. Definitely wouldn't want to get that on your skin.
