Does anyone know the difference between Pn 8639-074 and 8639-075?

They both say normally open but maybe that's a mistake on country cat's part?

Yes that is correct, the four stroke one should be normally closed and I suspect that it's a miss-print in the text.
I believe that they are still on back order.

After a good day testing we where able to get the harness set up to get the Arctic Cat magnetic tether to work on the new 2019 850's.

Contact me if interested in harness, two stroke AC tethers will be looking to be available Nov 9th for just the tether.
