Was poking around yesterday and discovered that some 36" a-arm kits are available from Cat again!
This one without shocks is intended for the Blast sleds to go from 38" to 36", but should still work on the Proclimb. This would be a good option for people that are doing their own lifted spindles like what is used with the Ice Age Elevate kit. PN 8639-477
This one with stock steel body throwaway shocks, PN 8639-471
This is the original 36" kit, but offered only in black/white colors. Says it's backordered, but that means it's at least available! PN 7639-020
